Company: Healthcare professionals spend too much time on admin when they should be delivering care. Attendi is building the Dutch healthcare sector's voice-enabled (digital) notepad: an intuitive tool for capturing and structuring medical data at the point of care. We have product-market fit and are scaling from ~100 healthcare organisations to 10x our userbase over the coming year. Our first native Android and iOS apps are already released and in daily use (https://apps.apple.com/nl/app/attendi/id6757230193), and we're looking for someone to lead their development.
Role: As our senior mobile engineer you'll own these apps end to end: building and maintaining the native Android and iOS clients, plus our open-source microphone SDKs (https://github.com/attenditechnology/attendi-android and https://github.com/attenditechnology/attendi-ios).
Stack: Kotlin (Jetpack Compose) on Android, Swift (SwiftUI) on iOS.
Apply: https://attendi.recruitee.com/o/senior-native-androidios-mob... - or email omar [at] attendi [dot] nl with something you've shipped. Mention HN.
Stream runs 35–40 PostgreSQL databases (largest: 15TB) behind high-write, high-concurrency APIs serving billions of requests a month. We're migrating from AWS RDS to self-hosted Postgres on Kubernetes and need someone who has owned this end-to-end: query plans, vacuum and bloat, replication, backup, HA, sharding.
Required: deep Postgres internals (MVCC, the query planner, autovacuum), real sharding experience beyond table partitioning, self-managed databases in production, and enough engineering depth to work directly with application teams on access patterns.
Explicit non-goals: RDS/Aurora-only backgrounds, analytics/data-warehouse experience, or DBAs who don't code.
Strong plus: CloudNativePG, Kubeblocks, logical replication, CockroachDB experience.

We build radar + ML for smart cities, sports analytics, smart buildings, and defense perception. Our sensors see what cameras can't — 24/7, through walls/weather/crowds, with no faces and no audio. Customers include the Dutch police, Gemeente Den Haag, Gemeente Amsterdam, KLM, Koninklijke Marechaussee. TU Delft partner.
Hiring our first Radar AI Engineer to own the full pipeline end-to-end: raw FMCW/MIMO signal in, deployed embedded model out (ONNX, TensorRT, edge TPUs). Real hardware. Real customers. Privacy-first by design.
Looking for: MSc/PhD in ML / EE / signal processing; strong PyTorch + Python; embedded deployment experience; Rust or C/C++ a plus. EU-based or NL-visa-eligible (we sponsor highly-skilled-migrant + 30%-ruling for the right person).
Process: first call in 5 days, decision in 3 weeks. Founder-led, no multi-month limbo.

We’re building a complex data labeling platform for AV and robotics teams working with multi-sensor data: images, point clouds, sequential data, and 3D scenes.
We’re hiring a Senior Product Engineer to help us ship the core web product faster and improve the quality of customer-facing labeling workflows.
Tech stack: Vue/React, TypeScript, Three.js/WebGL/WebGPU, TinyBase, Django.
You can help us solve problems like: - Making 2D and 3D annotation workflows faster, more precise, and easier to use - Designing point cloud tiling, autosave, undo/redo, review, filtering, and issue-tracking workflows that hold up under real labeling operations - Improving performance where milliseconds matter: rendering, local state updates, preloading, and geometric operations - Shaping API contracts, data models, permissions, background jobs, and operational tooling as the platform scales
This is a senior role with high ownership on a small team. To apply, please reach out to bert@segments.ai (we recently got acquired by Uber) with a resume and mention HN in your application.

We make robots that autonomously construct buildings, starting with bricklaying.
There's a lot of vapourware in robotics, but we're deploying robots across multiple concurrent sites today - and generating revenue. In the last couple of months, our robots have built affordable social housing, health care living units, canal walls in the historic city centre of Amsterdam, and a youth sports centre. Help us to build things that matter in the long run.
We're looking for experienced software engineers for many roles. You can help us solve problems like:
- Data sync and analytics queries across a fleet of robots (that can be offline for hours at a time)
- Modelling buildings in code and finding the right UI for operators to edit them
- Designing systems for robots to drive safely and fully autonomously around a building site
Check out the progress we've already made on Atrium, our operating system for robotics: https://www.monumental.co/atrium
We're rapidly scaling up operations and we need experienced engineers who can build the systems that manage all of that complexity. If you think that 'full-stack' could reasonably mean debugging firmware, mixing buckets of mortar _and_ writing React components, we are looking for you. Robotics experience not required!
