Graphistry | Early - Multiple Roles | Remote (US + Global) | Full Time + Contract-To-Hire | https://www.graphistry.com/careers
We are 5-10 and are growing entirely on revenue (not VCs) based on our deep tech + ai services in the growing graph market (cyber/fraud/supplychain/..), so we are looking for folks ready to likewise own & grow:
Graphistry is building the first visual graph AI platform. We are known for building the first end-to-end GPU visual graph analytics engine: UC Berkeley spinoff, helped the early days of Apache Arrow + Nvidia RAPIDS, and Gartner Cool Vendor. Half our customers focus on fighting digital crime (investigating cyber breaches, finding fraudulent accounts, & investigating misinformation) and the other half on core operational analyst use cases like mapping supply chains and cancer tumor genomes. Customers on both sides are growing. Over the last year, we've been working with our partners like Nvidia & Amazon to make scalable graph neural networks (GNNs) a lot more accessible so teams can go even further with graph thinking. As part of our profitable growth, we balance easy self-serve software entrypoints into graph thinking, such as jupyter notebooks support (pygraphistry), powerbi integration, & a no-code SaaS UI, with a services offering for larger organizations who want deeper collaborations, e.g., GNNs. All team members & their efforts are closely aligned with customer success & their growth: Everything we do is directly aligned with helping operational teams on a graph journey as part of tackling core & tricky data problems.
* UI Engineer: Fullstack JS UI - React
* Visualization Engineer: WebGL/WebGPU/RAPIDS
* ML Platform Engineer: PyData/PyTorch/MLFlow/Docker/...
* Graph Solutions Engineers: Looking for strengths in some combination of our verticals + technologies. For technologies, likely veer more pydata + BI/viz, or more big data & AI. For verticals, either cyber/fraud, or supply chain / fintech.
* Technical sales / sales engineering leader: Work with technical CEO to start & handled dedicated technical sales to handle the growing enterprise inbound from brand + technical partners. Experience with enterprise sales for software in the 5 & 6 figure range, and potentially services in the 6 + 7 figure range.
Genesis Therapeutics | Burlingame, CA | Remote or Onsite | Full-time | https://www.genesistherapeutics.ai
We’re a hybrid AI + biotech start-up, developing novel deep learning and molecular simulation techniques to predict molecular properties and using them to accelerate the development of new medicines.
We raised a $52M Series A from Andreessen Horowitz + well-respected biotech investors, and have deployed our technology on several internal drug programs as well as multi-target collaborations with Genentech + Lilly ($20M up-front revenue + $670M potential total value), driving discovery progress at a speed rarely seen in the industry. Now we are scaling the team and technology to support many more drug programs in parallel as well as increasingly difficult protein targets.
We currently have a team (https://www.genesistherapeutics.ai/company.html#team) of about 40 people, split 50/50 between our ML / software team and our biochem team of veteran drug hunters in our own wetlab space. Our ML + software engineers are top-notch -- many graduates from MIT, UC Berkeley, Stanford. Previously worked at OpenAI, Google, Facebook, SingleStore (FKA MemSQL), Jane Street, etc.
We're looking for pure software engineers (no bio or chem experience expected) to help build flexible production systems to integrate our ML models, molecular simulation platform, and molecular generation techniques into our drug programs. This includes helping build individual algorithmic components, iterating on our chemist-facing model deployment pipeline, and leveraging our autoscaling cluster of hundreds of GPUs and thousands of CPUs processing billions of molecules / day.
We're also hiring ML research scientists and computational chemists. Here are all of our open roles: https://jobs.lever.co/genesistherapeutics/
Interview process: 1-2 one-hour technical phone screens, 1 day on-site (optionally virtual) with 3 one-hour technical questions. All these include extra time to chat, answer your questions about Genesis, and meet us. Can go from first email to offer in a week or two
Tech Stack: python, pytorch, postgres, flask, docker, kubernetes
