AWS Developer Tools | Seattle, NYC, DC, US-based virtual possible | Senior Engineer | Full-Time | https://aws.amazon.com/products/developer-tools/
AWS Dev Tools builds the tools that we all use for software development and CI/CD ... at least some of them :-). I'm leading a team of passionate developers trying to re-invent how we create, release, and iterate on software quickly and safely. We are specifically focused on integrations with other tools like Jira, GitLab, GitHub, BitBucket, etc...
We're looking for a senior engineer to help us build this out! If you have an interest in how developers work with different languages (Python, Go, Java, Node, etc...), different platforms (Linux, iOS/Android, MacOS, Web Apps), different workflow tools (JIRA, Circle CI, Pivotal Tracker, etc...), and different organizations (startups, enterprises, governments, universities), I'd like to hear from you.
I come from a startup background and the rest of the team is made of people with varied backgrounds and skills - you will learn ALOT here.
8+ years of professional experience are required for this senior role. For those with 2-8 years of experience, I may be able to find other positions within the org so feel free to send a resume if you have an interest in this space.
Email me (Adam) a resume or profile if you'd like to find out more about what we're doing and are interested in joining: adnelso @at amazon.com and please also cc campperr @at amazon.com
Antithesis | DC / Northern Virginia | ONSITE | Software Engineers | FULL-TIME
Antithesis is using deterministic simulation, fuzzing, and AI to improve software testing. The founders and VP Eng are FoundationDB veterans. For an idea of what we're doing, see Will's talk here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fFSPwJFXVlw or read the Simulation Testing section of https://www.foundationdb.org/files/fdb-paper.pdf.

We're doing things nobody has done before, so we don't need familiarity with any particular language, framework, domain, or anything like that. Don't care. What we do care about: you're smart, get things done, a joy to work with, and are comfortable dealing with open-ended/poorly-defined problems.
If that sounds like you, send us a brief (one to two paragraph) explanation of an interesting technical challenge you've faced. Feel free to send a resume too. jobs@antithesis.com
