Krew | Senior Full-stack Developer | London, UK / REMOTE or ONSITE
Krew (https://krew.live) is Peloton without the $3k bike. We offer live fitness sessions with real humans, while augmenting the experience with AI-driven leaderboards and pose correction.
We're a seed-stage startup with a team of hackers and entrepreneurs with backgrounds at Google, McKinsey, Oxford, and large consumer brands. We're under a year old, but rapidly growing, so you would be part of the founding team and have a high degree of product ownership (your compensation includes equity to match!). You will be working closely with our CTO (me) and small team of developers.
You're a quick learner with strong communication skills, leadership, and autonomy, able to take features from conception to production. You have years of responsive webapp development experience professionally, in our stack or similar (e.g. React), and maybe even native mobile app development experience (not a requirement, but mention this if you do)! You have an eye for UI/UX and details from margins to spelling. You are able to independently research tools, libraries, and APIs that can make our lives easier, read their docs, and integrate them. If you have an MSc or PhD in Machine Learning or related field, that's a huge plus, but absolutely not required.
Stack: Vue SFCs, TailwindCSS, Typescript, Node.js, Express.js, Mongoose + MongoDB
Workflow: git, kanban over GitHub, Slack, Selenium tests
Female, LGBTQ and PoC candidates are particularly encouraged to apply, but all are welcome to Krew.
Please contact me (Yousef, the CTO) directly, with a CV and a short cover email, and include "HN" somewhere in the subject line: email@example.com
Please do not contact me if you are an agency or a recruiter. I will blocklist you throughout my entire network.
