We are looking for an Enterprise Security Engineer to help build and operate Compa’s security-first enterprise environment.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Head of Security & IT. You'll own the systems that define how employees access, use, and interact with technology at Compa — identity, access, endpoints, and enterprise SaaS — and treat them as core security infrastructure, not traditional IT.
This role sits on the Security team and partners closely with the rest of the business to help Compa move fast, securely, all while delivering a world-class employee experience.
We're open to candidates earlier in their career who demonstrate strong systems thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to design for scale. We care more about what you can do than how many years you have been doing it.
We're hiring a senior software engineer for AI for the Planet at Ai2.
We build production ML systems for conservation, oceans, climate, and Earth observation. The work is very applied: satellite imagery, geospatial ML pipelines, agent systems, and products used by researchers, governments, and conservation organizations.
Looking for someone who enjoys building end-to-end systems, shipping production software, and working closely with researchers and users.
Comp: $126–189k base + bonus + benefits.

How are AI and A1 the same? https://silkline.ai/blog/ai-or-a1
Come join a team that believes the future of AI isn't "agents everywhere!" but a thoughtful approach to building a product that incorporates AI from day one.
Modern hardware supply chains run on spreadsheets, email, and PDFs. It's like fax woke up in 2025. We're fixing this and on the path to becoming THE supply chain platform for aerospace, defense, nuclear, and beyond.
Our customers: Machina Labs, Astranis, K2 Space, Castelion, Antares, and more. They use us to manage suppliers, track $M+ in orders, automate RFQs, and stay ITAR-compliant. Every day of production delay costs $50k+—our platform keeps them moving.

We're US based and 100% remote. We are hiring software engineers, full stack engineers, product designers, design engineers, and AI native fresh grads.

You might work on a variety of things as well but all related to predicting human intelligence.
What matters most to us:
1. Strong product sense 2. Clear communication 3. High ownership 4. Taste in software, design, and user experience 5. Fast learning 6. Interest in AI, cognitive science, psychometrics, or research tools
Useful experience includes TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node, Postgres, Python, data pipelines, ML workflows, dashboards, edtech, healthcare, or research tools.
Compensation is $90k to $180k depending on role and experience, with equity for the right long term hires. Visa sponsorship is not available right now.
To apply, email robertneir@riotiq.com with your resume or LinkedIn, GitHub or portfolio, and a short note on what you would want to build at Riot IQ.

I'm Nick, CTO & co-founder. We're Rippling, but for insurance carriers paying their sales force. Every policy sold triggers a chain of payouts across brokers, agents, and sub-agents. Today that runs on spreadsheets and legacy vendor systems and tomorrow they'll run on Chestnut. Nationwide and other major carriers have already made the switch.
Revenue is up 8x in the last year. We're backed by a16z. Founding team came out of leadership at Ethos (insuretech that recently IPO'd in January).
The work is state-heavy and correctness-critical: payouts that must reconcile with finance to the cent, dynamic agent hierarchies, retries, chargebacks, partial failures. These systems move real money and cannot drift.
You'll design schemas, build backend logic, ship UI, deploy, and own the sharp edges that show up with real enterprise customers.
Stack: Go, TypeScript/React, Postgres, Temporal, Kubernetes, AWS. We use AI aggressively and expect you to as well.
We're looking for 3–6 years on real product systems. You're thoughtful about invariants and failure modes.
