Aloe is the epistemic intelligence lab building AI we can trust with humanity's most important applications. We work on research and products that bring introspection to AI and critical thinking to machines. Our Agent Models are designed for decision-making in the real world – AI that understands what it does and doesn't know, reasons about its limitations, and directs its own learning to self-improve.
Please read the job description and include in your outreach why you fit not just the role but also our culture. We strive to be Level 5 humans, co-creating a deliberately developmental atmosphere.
The future we’re building for:
- Commoditize access to expertise, capability, and AI’s economic promise for both businesses and end-users
- Make new discoveries, products, and experiences possible at speeds unbound from human performance
- Defend against negligent or malicious use of AI with internal governance and risk evaluation at the foundation
- Invert the extraction economy with AI that respects human cognition instead of exploiting it
Railtown AI is building a unified platform for modern AI-powered software development. Our products span developer productivity engineering, backend infrastructure for agent and app development, a Python framework for production-ready agents, and structured evaluation workflows for responsible AI deployment.
We're looking for a Head of Developer Relations to help make Railtown AI the default stack for building, observing, and evaluating AI agents. You'll own the developer narrative across Conductr, Railengine, Railtracks, and Agent Evaluations, then turn that story into adoption through technical content, demos, docs, community programs, open source growth, and direct feedback loops with product and engineering.
Good fit if you've spent 5+ years in developer advocacy, DevRel, technical product marketing, or a similar developer-facing role; have scaled a developer platform or technical audience; understand AI tooling, agents, and observability; and can write code, demo live, and communicate clearly with both developers and executives.
Benefits include health coverage, equity, flexible time off, paid parental leave, annual company retreat, and WFH equipment stipend.

Beatdapp is a ~50-person startup delivering audio and streaming integrity technology to media platforms. We process data at TB/PB scale to protect the royalty ecosystem, generate authentic recommendations, and detect AI-generated content.
We are looking for an experienced ML engineer (+3 years) to work on our inference systems and data platform. In this role, you will be executing ML engineering, cloud platform/infrastructure design, and building ML model inference systems. You'll be a good fit if you have deep experience across different data stores, distributed systems, caching, and data transfer protocols. Our team manages and maintains integrated software systems, including inference containers, data processing pipelines, and feature stores/generation platforms.
Stack: Multi-cloud (AWS, GCP), Docker, Airflow, Python, MLflow, BigQuery, SQL, S3, GCS, GitHub Actions, Terraform.
The team is collaborative, and low-ego - we're looking for talented engineers who are comfortable working on projects that move at the pace of weeks rather than months and who love learning. Nice-to-haves include experience with audio/media systems, signal processing/spectograms, speech detection systems, computer vision, GPU hardware development, and event streaming systems.

I'm Wilson, co-founder of Post Up. We're building the Databricks for content production. We're building an agentic orchestration system that coordinates production pipelines end to end and turns post-production workflows into a persistent graph of assets and transformations, which are deterministic, verifiable, and nearly instant at scale, powered by a high-performance compute layer.
We're building this AI-native from the ground up; ML inference is embedded throughout the pipeline, not bolted on.
Stack: On-prem, HPC clusters, distributed storage systems, GPU pipelines, real-time video compute.
We're looking for our founding senior backend engineer who wants to work on genuinely challenging infrastructure problems across distributed systems and media processing with immense scale. Should be familiar with Golang, Postgres, Distributed systems, Distributed filesystems (e.g. HDFS, Ceph, etc).

Branch is taking on real-time structural design and analysis. Design software for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) has been archaic for too long, and we're building a novel 3d structural modeling and design tool with real-time design feedback and performance as a focus. We're taking ambitious technical swings! Our team is less than 10, we're incubated within a larger structural engineering firm and leveraging real project expertise. We're in pilot programs with key customers right now, and hiring to scale out to a larger audience. Your ideas will help shape the future of how our product evolves, regardless of role.
We're looking for folks with deep technical experience for developer roles (AEC background not required), or deep industry experience for the GTM side of things. In particular, our design engineer role focuses on a mix of 3d design & front-end experience, with a focus on quality.
Postings with more details at https://www.branch3d.com/careers.
If Branch sounds like your jam, apply via email - dcascaval@branch3d.com, HN in the subject line. Include a resume, any open source or portfolio projects if applicable, and a couple sentences of relevant experience.
You may know us from our open-source roots (Fluentd/Embulk.) We’re an enterprise CDP and agentic experience platform that unifies fragmented customer data from multiple sources and allows for complex marketing workflows. Our engineering team is distributed across Canada, Japan, and the USA.
We need three Staff Engineers (two in Tokyo, one in Vancouver) to act as technical anchors. You’ll be a great fit if you’re a backend/distributed systems engineer who can architect a clean React frontend, or a pure distributed systems specialist happy to collaborate across the full stack.
The roles primarily deal with architecting systems to process and personalize massive marketing datasets in near real time, with a strong emphasis on being able to work cross functionally to deliver best-in-class agentic interactions deeply integrated with our systems.
Our core stack is Rails, Typescript/Lambda, React, and Kotlin.
